There is no doubt whatsoever that certain portions of the power elite are intentional fanning waves of panic and fear to stir the pot whilst they hatch their dark plots. The money is the occasionally visible portion, but even most of this is kept hidden (who is really getting what). What is really happening is the power grab behind the scenes by the IMF/World Banksters. The current economic meltdown is SOMEWHAT NECESSARY but it is resolvable in ways which could uplift everyone. THE PANICY REACTIONS ARE COMPLETELY UN-NECESSARY AND THESE ARE BEING USED TO DRIVE THE CATTLE (EX-BULL MARKETS) TO THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE. Withdraw from the panic, fear, and trembling. Watch carefully. UPDATE TO OVER-RIDING CONDITIONS

Continue to pause.  Examine all propositions with extreme caution.  Mass Propaganda, manipulations, deception,  and skullduggery are at nearly all time highs.  Practice disciplined formal meditation routines assiduously.  Withdraw back into pure being. Breathe deeply.  Emote benevolence on all things.  There is so much for which can get even you will never have time to accomplish it, so drop the entire load in the nearest fire and get on down the high road .There is practically nothing we can do at this moment to effect mass outcomes except communicate plainly and simply in the highest degree of basic truths. As the world as it was basks in the sublime aura of mass fear, breathe in the spiritual essence.   The etheric influx is running amazingly strong this month and hopefully it is blowing open all your chakra centers. If you are clear emotionally, you are being uplifted, if you are bound up in old patterns and blocks, some things may suddenly freeze up very tightly or sit as clinkers weighing you down.  Start loosening up the blockages.

COSMIC FACTORS:  

Sunspot Count - The Venus | Jupiter alignment brought the first real surge of Sunspots for Solar Activity Cycle #24. But after the eight day surge of 11 to 24 Sunspots last week on a Flux Index around 71, which was accompanied by a large magnetic storm) we now have NO SUNSPOTS as of October 18, though the Flux is once again rising (from 69 to 70 on October 19), which is quite often an herald of Sunspots being born.  There are no coronal holes (in the Sun's atmosphere), no fluctations in a very modest solar wind and the Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) in once again below 5. Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor (U. of A.) once again shows practically no disturbances in the "surface" on the "solar sea" through which the Earth sails.  The surge in Solar Activity which the alignment of Venus and Jupiter clearly brought suggests that planetary alignments will begin to serve once again as a predictor  of solar activity.  See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.  NASA predicts there is a 1% to 10% probability of major magnetic disturbances in the high latitudes during the next 48 hours, not very significant chance.   For more details on current sun go here.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.   As intuited in the previous month, "the upcoming Mercury | Jupiter alignment on October 7 followed by the Venus | Jupiter alignment on October 21 will bring a change".   Indeed it did, it brought a modest increase in solar activity for a week and thus began the up-ramp for Solar Cycle 24.  During the next two weeks planets are separating and thus Solar Activity should remain at low levels.

ATMOSPHERICS:  El Nino and La Nina are not in evidence. This is technically called an ENSO neutral phase year.  Many El Nino models have flunked this year.   So did the National Hurricane Center Hurricane predictions. All surface waters in the Northern Hemisphere are progressively losing their anomalous heat and becoming statistically "average".  The Southern Hemisphere near the Equatorial Pacific is slightly cooler then average.  Hurricane season has collapsed in most zones, no major oceanic storm fronts are building up except for one in the Southwestern Pacific and two in the Indian Ocean, only one of which is of hurricane strength.  Southwestern Coast of North America will generally be drier and hotter than average and this is expected to persist for the next three months.  Drought continues in Southern California/Nevada.  Rocky Mountain Plateau will also be hotter and drier than average. For the next ten days of  NOAA weather predictions, go to Climate Center Weather Maps. As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine.

 GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS:     The wobble spiral continues to expand in its outward track.  See Polar Motion for additional information.    The next New Moon is October 29 which will give us a New Moon Syzygy from October 27 to about November 4. This syzygy is unfocused, with the Moon in Apogee November 2 while in the Extreme South Declination. No exceptional earth activity is likely during this time, though the typical modest surge in activity will occur.

More dangerous is the following Full Moon November 13. The Full Moon will be more powerful than this last one for October. This Full Moon Syzygy is from November 11 through to about 16. The Moon is Full on November 13, in Perigee on November 14, and in Extreme North Declination on November 16.

The One to watch, as discussed, is the December 12 Full Moon. All three aspects of the Lunar cycle will synergize on this date to maximize the gravity influence on the Earth's crust. 

November's Full Moon will be more sharply focused and the December 12 Full Moon will be completely synergized. The Full Moon will be in Perigee (a strong one - close) in its Extreme North Declination Node.  The Earth will be closing in on its Perihelion (last week of December and first week of January), which is its closest approach to the Sun. The cosmic frame will thusly be synchronized to induce maximum torque into the motions of the Earth's crust at this time.  January's Full Moon will be very similar IN Perihelion.  Accordingly the peak tectonic moments for the Earth will be December 12 (for 2008) followed by what will probably be the peak tectonic moment for 2009 on the Full Moon of January 11, 2009.  (I have not drawn the ephemeris graph yet for 2009 so this may be modified when I do)

Both of these events will accelerate rifting (spreading in the Great Rift) of the Earth's crust.  Increases in rift events are likely to be followed, as we have seen this year, within 72 hours by an increase in Class 4+ quakes in the subduction compression zones, most especially in the Pacific Rim of Fire and in the Central Asian Compression Belts, esp. related to the Himalayas through to Greece.

The New Moons in late October through January 2009 may be similar to this New Moon. The tandem may work (at least part of the time) like this:  the Full Moon sets up the shape-shifting tension, the New Moon releases.   The New Moons may bring major releases in compression zones, such as we are currently seeing in Central China.  Fortunately for us at the current time, these are weak New Moons, they are occurring at or near Apogee.  Later on in 2009 (Spring) the New Moons will become stronger than the Full Moons.

Accordingly, hang on, the ride is getting bouncier and 2008 may end up showing yet another annual acceleration in all World quakes Class 4 and above and January 2009 may set all time records.

For quakes go to Earthquakes.  The recently passed New Moon Syzygy was un-notable.  World frequency Class 4 and 5 is now about normal.  Proportionately, not nearly enough release has occurred in the Mexico to Alaska zone of the Pacific Rim.  More also may be coming to Japan. You will likely see a surge during the coming Full Moon Syzygy which will include Class 4+ activity along the western coast of North America.
 

Accordingly, Heads Up in these zones.  However, it is likely this peak surge will being decline by tomorrow for at least a few days.  You will likely see a surge during the coming Full Moon Syzygy.
 

Volcanism continues to decline. The IVRC Active List is now down to 26,  Restless List is at 3 while the Alert List has sagged to 77.  The number of updated reports (during the past seven days) is a minority on the list, suggesting that the decrease in activity continues.  The over-all impression is smoldering fires which are dying rapidly.  Despite this, Kilauea has renewed its vigor with summit explosions and ash emissions (fairly rare) and has increased the lava flowing through long tubes down its flanks into the Pacific Ocean. Chaitén also emitted ash, as did Suwanose-Jima (Japan), Dukono (Indonesia), Rabaul (PNG),  Ubinas (Peru), Klyuchevskoi (Kamchatka Penin.), and Bezymianny (ditto)  Pacaya (Guatemala) Sheveluch (Kamchatka Penin.) also oozed lava.  Our sentinel Popo is nearly asleep and our herald Etna may or may not still be oozing small volumes of lava in its hidden folds, the local observatory cannot tell because of weather conditions.  This current lulling in world volcanic level is part of the annual "seasonal" surge of volcanism, which slowly dies down during the second half of each year..  Activity is highly likely to pick up again in December.   Click here for more details on this Volcano Season. 

GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - - 

The Cayce 25 year economic cycle has come to fruition almost a year later than I predicted in 2004, but still very close to Cayce's specs.  It will probably take another year or two to fully mature.  Chaos rules at the moment and a deep panic is rippling around the world.  Markets will continue to sink but the Fed is pumping a trillion dollars into the system right at this time, as if the bail out plan was already implemented, which it is not.  Money money money everywhere.....in the banks.  Can you see Scrooge McDuck diving into his huge vault of money?  Inflation is sure to roar!!!!  The banksters are attempting to soft land the economic imbalances with a combination of asset depreciation and roaring consumer inflation.  Oil down even lower this month, but it will soon enough climb again.  The banksters and oil monarchies will fix a stable price again but it is difficult to guess where this will be at this time, it will take some several months to reel in.  Likely in the range of $100.  Much higher that that makes alt. energy much too competitive.

GEOPOLITICAL FLUX - -  

PROGNOSIS ON AMERICAN POLITICS:  The Keystone Kops cartoon continues.  Only the extreme fear and loathing of McCain keeps the Obama campaign on track with the anti-war groups barely able to contain their frustration. Oh what thick webs of lies and worthless promises are being woven. If it weren't tragic, involving wars and the impoverishment of millions, it would be hilarious.   The real debate and divide in North America has been completely ignored and turned into taboos which cannot be mentioned, most majority opinions are systematically ignored, the Democrats have been reprogrammed through the stealthy positioning of Obama to serve up another round of power grabbing by Globalists, Progressives everywhere are sliding into deep depression, Conservatives are abandoning all hope, and American soldiers are still dying daily for the war-rackets of Rockefeller-Rothschild Inc pretty much as they have been for the past 120 years.   By February 09, the Democratic coalition will fall into factions of wolves bitterly quarreling over what peace means, what withdrawal means, what security means, and what another historic betrayal by a campaign of rhetoric and manipulation means.  Zionazi Biden will be thick in the middle of it and Obama's popularity will be begin to plummet, IF HE IS ELECTED.

At the moment such confusion and uproar exists among those who attempt to think but who are beginning to believe it isn't worth it, that it is not clear what will crystallize during the next several weeks. Many cats in the bag all jumping out in different directions makes for most uncertain tea parties.   Massive vote fraud in some venues, which is being gravely warned by luminaries such as Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., is highly likely, as is a fairly large shift in votes (perhaps 5%) from both the right and the left into third party candidates. No candidate may end up with a clean electoral majority despite the ebullient poll margins which are showing at the moment for Obama.

Inherently, chaos rule, we have no idea what is happening next.  Create certainty, go get solar and hydrogen fuel technology to dissolve the power of the corporations and bankers.   Every solar BTU kicks Rockefeller butt.

EARTH CHANGES STANDING SUMMARY -  In accordance with the Cosmic Frame, the next month of volcanic and seismic activity will likely be at low levels.  Tectonic activity likely will begin to surge again November 08 to January 09 during the next phase synchronicities between the lunar and terrestrial orbits.  But keep in mind that the Earth's crust is complex, anything can and sometimes does happen at any time, and thus no accurate predictions can be made consistently.  The Earth Changes Global Warming scenario is more difficult to predict and the weather effects are more chaotic at this time.  Solar input is very low this year, about the same as last year, hence Greenhouse Gas effect is zip, if not negative, accordingly Global Warming and all extreme weather patterns are being driven this year almost exclusively by the warming of the world ocean.  Human conditions remain confused and contrarian, war and peace trends are unclear, though expansion of wars seems unlikely at this time.  Economic conditions continue to disintegrate, most prognosticators are now Bearish on most economic issues.

SPIRITUAL FLUX  - - 

On the horizon, still too dim to be clearly perceived by most, forces in the Spirit Realm are pushing aggressively for more rapid transmutation of conditions and actions.   Rather suddenly, in some cases, the masses and classes will realize with a start that the world has changed dramatically, in some cases never was what we thought it was, the old concepts about as useful as the clothes we wore in our school days.

As previously reported, the power of the Blue Star Kachina continues to grow as a major ingress of higher plane energy expands for those seeking it.  Look for a small blue diamond in the inner most recesses of your mind's eye.  Reach deeply inside your experience of the now.  Seek for the "feeling" of an energy or vibration within your head.  REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER.  Awaken to the higher energy.  Now is truly the time to build an internal link to consciousness of this energy.  As this link strengthens, the internal power of lucid peace will grow, hopefully strongly enough to surmount the highly charged emotional astral chaos of the next Solar MAX, which most likely will be the most chaotic period of human existence in several decades, quite possibly for several centuries.

The Changes In The Earth - Global Summary

A RECENT CHART DEFINES "THE CHANGE IN THE EARTH". Click to see the threefold trend in world quake activity 4+ for 1973-2007. This increase in seismic energy is signaling all the other Changes In The Earth, including Global Warming.  Daily average frequency of 4+ quakes has risen from 11 in 1973 to about 35 in 2007.  The average rose dramatically during 2005/06 and is currently lower.  The daily average for 2007 will probably rise a little by the end of the year and may rise more slowly during the next few years.  Statistics are tricky master illusionists so be careful with this following thought:  an exponential growth curve can be drawn through earthquake data 4+ to project another DOUBLING of the current frequency by about 2020.
